Busy Bee

It has been a month? I think? or more than that, since I last posted.. things has been very hard and busy lately and as far as I remembered, this is the last set of photos I took for a self portrait.

As I was browsing photos from #instagram, I stumbled upon a photo of someone that I look up to - a designer, blogger, entrepreneur, baker, singer, stylist - she's one multi-talented woman! and she's really gorgeous! I love how strong her personality is, she's like wonder woman.. she would be a perfect role model of women today.

So anyhoo, about the photo, I was inspired of the photo of the woman I just mentioned above so I tried to mimic the headband she wore and the make up. hehe Though I have posted this in instagram already and facebook, I really want to share a blog post bout the photo above. And yes! I have been a busy bee lately because I have been conceptualizing and working on something and I really really hope this will work!!! I'll post about it SOON! :)

Good Morning!

Call me! maybe?

Wow! days without blogging and posting on instagram! hehe Well I have been very busy lately with some stuffs (weddings, conceptualization, research, answering inquiries, prints, videos.. plasters.. blah blah) and uhmmm.. doing really something big that I'll plan this for a year (crossing fingers)! So anyway, here's a quick edit that I did.. nothing really interesting though.. just did some of those layering stuffs that's been trending right now.

well, this is really simple.. first, choose three photos and choose the best..

make it the first layer..
top it up with the second photo and reduce it's opacity.
you'll do the same thing with the third one (reducing it's opacity too)

just make sure that the last two photos creates an overlap.. you can tinker it's placement
by using a CTRL+T command and just drag it all away!

and OH! I shot this in monochrome already! ;)

Oh gosh! I have the worst "tutorial" ever! hahaha

Anyway.. if you'll be tying the knot already with your lovies and needs someone who could do your engagement shoot and wedding cover (photo and video, we are a team by the way).. just e-mail me at:

Happy Mother's Day!

First, Happy Mother's Day to all mommas out there! We won't be who we are today if it weren't for you.. in what success or achievements we have, we owe it all to you!!! You are our bestfriends, lovers, partners, our fairy godmothers!!

So anyway, I have already ordered cupcakes for mama before hand already.. This morning I woke up at 6:00 am to pick up the cupcakes.. funny coz she wondered why I woke up so early, got up and took a bath. So she asked me if I have a call time for a shoot and I said YES! hahaha I hurriedly went to USC main to meet up Sammieee (Sam Colinares of Sweet Little Dreams) and while I was waiting I saw bouquet of flowers along the side road so I thought, How about flowers too? (my money was very much budgeted haha) So I did some math (oh yes!ha!) and decided to buy those pretty little red roses, which by the way, mama's favorite color!!!

and then when I arrived home..
I knew it!!! her smiles are the most precious thing I could see on her..
and her giggles are priceless! :)

and OH! here are the cupcakes I gave her.. they are customized as usual! thanks to Sam Colinares! yeay! :)
Sorry for the bad quality of the photos :( I hurriedly took shots since my cam's battery is about to get empty.. tsk!

YOU KNOW HOW MUCH I LOVE YOU MAMA!!!

Little Tokyo

Now this place amazed me.. It's like going to Tokyo in an instant! When you enter the place, there are a lot of  Japanese restaurant surrounding the area wherein you can dine in.. An outdoor space.. but you can also dine inside the restaurants - your choice!!

So I thought, isn't it great if like there will be a place like this wherein it will also be called.. "Little Venice", "Little Macau", "Little NY" etc.. haha

here are the shots I took.. enjoy!

see? it is just like in Tokyo

did some bokeh shots with the beautiful lights :)
They are called paper/chinese lanterns used as light source

the usage of much wood and a little of stone reflects the ambiance of Japan

and of course, some snap shots of their food
this one is one of my faves!!! shark's fin..

So there, I did enjoyed a lot the food and the place!!! :)

the place is called
"LITTLE TOKYO"
